By accessing and using Arvucore's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Arvucore provides software consulting services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Website development and design
• Process automation solutions
• Technical consulting and architecture
• System scalability and performance optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approval of deliverables
• Payment of agreed fees according to the project timeline
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software and solutions developed by Arvucore shall remain with the client upon full payment of all fees. Arvucore retains rights to its proprietary methodologies and tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

Arvucore's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
