Internal systems

Custom ERP, CRM and internal systems that match your operation, not a vendor’s template

Most companies do not need a new ERP. They need the three modules the ERP does badly — quoting, scheduling, stock, field maintenance, contract renewals — rebuilt around the real workflow and wired back into the system of record.

We build those modules and the standalone systems that surround them: CRM for a sales process that Salesforce would need six months of consultants to model, CMMS for a plant with its own maintenance logic, inventory and supplier management for multi-warehouse operations.

What we build

  • Custom CRM with your pipeline, pricing rules and approval flows
  • ERP modules and extensions (quoting, purchasing, production scheduling, stock)
  • CMMS and maintenance management with work orders, assets and preventive plans
  • Inventory, supplier and contract management systems
  • Document management with versioning, permissions and retention rules
  • Dashboards and reporting on top of the data these systems produce

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Process and data audit

We map the real workflow (not the documented one) and inventory the data and integrations involved.

  2. 02

    Integration design

Which system is the source of truth for each entity, how data moves, what happens when the ERP is down.

  3. 03

    Incremental replacement

One workflow at a time goes live, running in parallel with the old process until it is trusted.

  4. 04

    Operation

Monitoring, support and an evolution backlog owned by the department that uses the system.

Frequently asked questions

Should we customise our ERP or build alongside it?
If the change touches core accounting or compliance logic, customise inside the ERP. If it is a workflow the ERP models badly, build alongside and integrate — it upgrades independently and does not break on the next ERP version.
Which ERPs and CRMs do you integrate with?
SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce and HubSpot are the most frequent. Anything with an API or a database we can read is workable.
How do you handle data migration?
Scripted, repeatable and rehearsed: we run the migration against a copy several times before go-live, with reconciliation reports your finance team signs off.
Can this replace spreadsheets used by several teams?
That is the most common starting point. We usually begin by making the spreadsheet a read-only view of the new system, so nobody loses their reports during the transition.
